This is one of my all-time favorite recipes by Frank!

Franky’s Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream

2 cups Ice

1 heaping Tbsp Andreas Pumpkin Seed Oil

2 Tbsp Frank’s Finest Pumpkin Pie Spice

1/4 cup One World Whey

1/4 cup Surthrival Colostrum

2 Tbsp Tocotrienols

pinch of sea salt

Place all the ingredients into a Vita Mix and use the tamper to smash ingredients and Ice into a creamy soft serve ice cream. Takes some muscle, but worth it in the end! For vegan option, replace the Colostrum and Whey with equal parts Lucuma and Tocotrienols
