My Allies
Here is where you will find a resource guide to my personal favorite superheroes.
Chef Franky G
My husband and best friend. He is an absolutely amazing chef, extremely impressive in the kitchen, a remarkable educator, and one of my leading inspirations in life. He is a classically trained chef which gives him the ability to throw together something gourmet and fancy, or in the style of home cooking. He has plenty of fun, easy, and delicious recipes, as well as videos on the site. His new line of spices are a lovely addition to any kitchen or take them on the road! Yum!
Aimee Perrin of Aimee’s Livin’ Magic
My mother! Also an amazing chef. She is a beautiful and fun woman, get to know her any way you can. I grew up on this woman’s food – I sure will attest that she pulls real magic off in her kitchen. Her raw food snacks are delicious and available on the site. She has just co-written a book with my father, Denny Perrin, called Live In Magic. They sold out within a week of the first printing, and are avidly working on the next edition. I highly recommend the dill kim-chi crackers, the brownie, the superhero cosmic chocolate, the apple snappers, the reishi peanut butter cups, and the happy tea. Try anything and you will be amazed! You can visit the factory store in York, Maine.
Denny Perrin
My father! Also a chef! No, I’m kidding. He’s an artist, and a fantastic one at that. He’s pretty good in the kitchen too. His paintings have been in galleries all over the country since as long as I could remember. My father became a full-time painter for work when I was in the womb. Talk about trust! An artist father who worked from home, and a mother who was home and teaching the children was a pretty special way to grow up. You can see his art at the new Moody House Gallery in York, Maine.
David Wolfe
One of my best friends and teachers, I have known him for almost 5 years. He rarely tires of touring around the world sharing messages of health with thousands (maybe millions?) of people. Please come see him at an event anywhere around the globe. You can view his schedule on the site above.
Gabrielle Brick
Gabrielle is huge inspiration of health and beauty. She is one of my best friends and so much fun to know. She is the creator of the One Chocolate Bar and the Avatar Elements. You can hire her for consultations, lectures, retreats, and cleanses. She also specializes in coaching on emotional eating and self love through food.
Daniel Vitalis
Great friend and roommate up here in the mountains. Daniel has been a huge catalyst for many discoveries I have made about nutrition and food. His dedication to research and getting the message out is an inspiration to me, and will probably be to you too. He is a part-owner of the company, Surthrival (www.surthrival.com) which carries some of the most important nutrition products out on the market. If you have a chance to get to one of his lectures, I encourage you to do your best to get there. You will be amazed and completely inspired.
The Best Day Ever
This membership website is an awesome source for a lot of information. Not only do they have monthly interviews with David Wolfe answering your questions, they also have interviews with Truth Calkins, George Lamoureux, Brigitte Mars, Mike Adams, and Dr. David Jubb, just to name a few. There is also a community forum to get answers from other like-minded superheroes who have been on the program anywhere from 5 days to 5 years. I have been a member for years, highly recommend you check it out.
Aum Goddess Hemp Clothing
Aum Goddess is an amazing line of organic cotton and hemp clothing all made in Canada. Not only can the goddess be adorned, but they make clothing for men, children, and babies as well. Anything you don’t see on the website, can usually be specially taylor-made for you with a short wait. I have been wearing their clothes for years, as well as my husband. We also had our wedding outfits made from them. You will find many things to your liking, please give it a look.
Yoga of Nourishment
Aarona Pichinson is a great friend of mine, and an absolutely amazing yoga teacher. She has been teaching a wonderful blend of Vinyasa Style and Forrest Yoga for many years in the NYC area, but also has taught all over the world. She is a frequent teacher at many of the retreats I’ve also worked at.
Gaia Scout
My dear friend Ali Schueler who lives near me in Maine. At a young 21 years of age, she has already been on this health journey for years. On her blog, she shares many wonderful experiences and informative facts that are sure to be helpful to many women.
