The condition of health that we suffer is actually a tool to raise us another degree in our state of consciousness. ~ Harold Klemp, The Language of Soul
I found this quote online today, and felt it was absolutely necessary to share!
I think I’ve always known this in some shape or form, but it is often forgotten. This is also the case with many “conditions” we choose for our lifetime.
All of our challenging moments and even the wonderful moments, are all tools to raise us up, to raise our awareness and consciousness.
I am so grateful for every part of my health journey, the easy parts and the not so easy parts.
I know that some people have difficulty being committed to their path of health, and it’s hard for me to understand why. I believe it has to do with one’s path or mission in this specific lifetime. I feel that my path is to serve and help raise the awareness of health and specifically usually with women, because my personal experiences have inspired me to do so. I think it’s amazing how much our personal experiences shape us. They shape our future – literally. They completely influence everything else that is to come, and we’ve asked for all of it. Wow!
Do you have any personal experiences that have shaped your entire future? I know I have personally closed myself off to a world of options, because I thought it was the answer, and yet my health thought otherwise. So, new options always arise, and more questions are answered. I am definitely on a constant quest of upgrading my health. It is not an obsession, but a passion. Through my passion for my own personal upgrades, I learn so much that I’m able to share with others and maybe help them.
That’s what it’s all about right? I am never trying to project my ideals of health onto others, only share what I have learned, and what I have researched, what I have seen others experience, and what I have felt intuitively in hopes that these things may actually help others on their path to health. In fact, if it helps them in any part of their life, then I’ve succeeded in my mission. As long as I keep going with the upgrades, keep posting information, keep sharing information, keep helping others succeed, I’m on my path.
Blessings on the journey…

Dear Camilla,
Thank you for your beautiful quote on health. Reading it helped me come to more acceptance around a health concern my husband is struggling with. I now can see this “problem” as a tool for him to raise in consciousness.
