Hi friends!
I’m back!
Took a break from writing, because I’ve been a complete workaholic for the last few months. That part of me is still being played out, but I miss writing!
I’m learning how to balance my life. I haven’t mastered anything yet, always learning.
I work from home which means lots of computer and phone time. One of the reasons I can handle so much time on these electrical portals – is because I stay constantly grounded. Meaning I am grounded to the Earth’s Electromagnetic Field.
Because of where I live, I have the ability to run outside with no shoes at any time of the day. Being barefoot on the earth is the absolute best way to ground yourself – literally. When you are barefoot on the earth, any EMFs or static charge that you have on your body gets pushed off of you by the Earth’s electromagnetic field.
When you’re inside, if you own or use a Grounding device, then you can always stay connected to the Earth. From my personal experience, if I’m on the computer and not connected to a grounding device – I might be able to work for an hour. That’s it. Sometimes it’s even less. Now here’s the crazy part. If I am using my Grounding devices (one at my feet, and one at my arms) then I can work 8+ hours on the computer no problem. Sometimes I work 12+ hours in one day. Those days are a bit more rare now which is awesome, but I average about 9 to 10 hours per day on the computer.
The grounding technologies and concepts feel right in line to me. Health problems and issues are caused from a disconnect from the Earth. It can be food related, it can be animal related, it can be fungi related, it can be electronically related, and so much more.
Think about this one for minute. People may or may not be born in hospitals, there may or may not be tons of electronic equipment around, they spend their lives indoors or outside with rubber soled shoes on (not grounded). Ever wonder why children naturally always want to take their shoes off? I mention the rubber soled shoes, because rubber is an insulator not a conductor. There is no way to be electrically connected to the Earth with rubber soled shoes on – unless you are touching the Earth in some other way. Leather or perhaps hemp are conductors, so when you are directly connected to the Earth through one of those, you are connected. Even more so when there is perspiration involved as water can conduct to the Earth as well.
I’ve noticed that my body definitely craves sunshine, so even though I am grounded, I make sure that I take breaks throughout the day to get some sunshine on my body. Walking is one of my favorite form of exercise – if not the favorite – so I try to fit a nice sunny walk into my day somewhere as well.
One of the things I’ve been working on daily is getting ready for The Longevity Now Conference happening in September. It will be held at The Orange County Hilton in Costa Mesa, CA. To be honest, I normally don’t look forward to visiting big cities – but this trip I am extremely excited about! The Longevity events have proven to be my favorite events of all time. With a thousand or more people all in one place for an entire weekend, you can imagine the energy. I am literally beyond excited for this event and I know that it will be the best event ever as it proves to be every time. This is not a sales plug by any means, I am just letting you know how completely excited I am. If you are looking to get inspired or just re-inspired, then this could very well be the place for you. Here is the link to find out more: www.thelongevitynowconference.com.
Well that is all for now folks. I’ve got to get to work! Thanks for checking in and I’ll be writing more soon.
Blessings!
Franky and I at a birthday party recently. Franky is obviously in mid-sentence, but I liked this one of me.
